What Data We Collect and Why

Website visitors. Browsing our Website does not require you to provide any personal data. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, advertising networks, social plugins, or any other third-party tracking technology.

Self-hosted assets. Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are served exclusively from our own domain. No data is sent to Google Fonts, content delivery networks, or other third parties as a result of loading our pages.

Server access logs. Our web server temporarily records technical information strictly necessary to operate the site securely: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, user agent, and referrer. These logs are used solely to detect and prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain availability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted.

Contact form, email, or phone. If you contact us through the contact form, by email, or by phone, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide (typically name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message) in order to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We retain this correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your request, and in any event no longer than three years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Recipients and Processors

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may only be disclosed to:

  • Authorised staff of ENTEL bound by confidentiality,
  • Our hosting provider acting as processor under a written data processing agreement,
  • Competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.

International Transfers

Personal data processed through the Website is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.

Cookies

This Website does not set any cookies or similar tracking technologies. A theme preference (light or dark) and the selected language may be stored in your browser's local storage only when you actively change them; this information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not use your personal data for any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
